1. The overall design of the machine is simple.
2. The machine adopts angtry frame, with aging vibration treatment after welding to remove internal stress in order to avoid defomation during years' using.
3. The mechanical transmission system all adopts exact rolling bearing and exact gear of grade seven of national standard.
4. The driving system adopts the planetary reduction gear produced by the planetary reduction factory, with an input and output error of only 16 arc-minute. In the structure of horizontal and vertical driving, adding an auto backlach compensating device to make the driving part can run an instruction from the numerical control system correctly.
5. Driving end beam: The vertical rail tightening device adopts automatic directing structure without using eccentric gear clamp device, to make it drive stably at the joint of the two rails relying on the spring load of automatic direction structure and won't be tighter or looser...
