Product Description
Rolling buildup welder is used for buildup welding on the surface of roll and revolving body into wear resistance alloy, or renovating the worn rolling. Our company is specialized in producing rolling buildup welder, having accumulated rich experience of producing equipment and buildup welding, especially the welding system and controlling system achieved the world similar level.
Main technical data and requirements:
Each transmission system of the machine
1. Welding head traverse system: The traverse speed is 0-60m/min through reducing the speed by the reduction box with AC servo motor.
2. Welding head vertical lift system: The regulating process should be stable, and have latched position, with a lifting height of 400mm and speed of 1000mm/min.
3. Main axis(workpiece)turning and burden system: The workpiece holding should be convenient and reliable, with accuracy speed track. The turning angle of the workpiece may be preset and located. The turning speed of workpiece during welding may be continuously adjustable within 0.1 to 0.3 rpm.

Welding machine part
1. Welding power source: Adopting two DC arc welding power source.
2. Welding head: Adopting hanging submerged arc welding torch and controller.

Control system
The control system of the whole body is installed in the console control housing, and connected by controlling cable and every part. Both the walking or the twin-welding head, and the turning of the workpiece adopts AC-frequency motor drive, using imported frequency transformer to control its speed, presetting its speed and digital display, and the chart of digital display showing the dynamic speed. The starting and ending of each part moves through the buttons in the controlling house, which is easy to be operated.
