This machine is a set of specialized equipment with high efficiency for longitudinal seam welding of taper tube, circular tube and diamond tube. According to the foreign stitch welder technology data, the product combines stitching and welding into one with localization design, with which stitching and welding can be operated together at the same time on one machine with an efficiency three to five times higher than normal welding. It adopts the two kinds of welding technology of carbon dioxide and submerged arc welding, with the function of regulating the welding and stitching automatically, ensuring the accuracy of the welding torch, welding automatically without manual regulation, and the form of the welding seam is beautiful, especially suitable for the requirement of producing the lamp post, taper tube and electric tower with a high cost performance ratio.
